The Oregon Ultra Tech was reissued in 2004  in fresh new colourways. Leather editions were also produced.

  The Oregon Ultra Tech has a synthetic suede and nylon mesh upper, and a reflective trim in the heel area for night-time visibility. Its most striking feature, however, is the thickness of the midsole, which gives it extra cushioning. The Dellinger web emphasizes the size of the midsole, while the rocky-shaped outsole boasts adidas soft-cell technology in the heel.
   The original Oregon Ultra Tech was produced until 1993. The shoe was reissued in 2004.
