NOTES
The Kegler Super had a similar midsole to the L. A. Trainer, although its outsole design was more like that of the Gazelle.

The adidas Kegler Super also uses the peg system. However, the most interesting feature of this shoe is the suede strip that wraps around the toe guard, extending all the way to the bottom of the shoe to cover the midsole and the outsole. It can be difficult to keep clean, but this somehow adds character as the shoe ages.
The Kegler Super was reissued in 2004. adidas produced a limited edition of 100 pairs, each with an ostrich-skin upper and gold-coloured pegs.
